HOW TO RUN SELFTESTS IN ANDROID
=================================
Run tests on a physical or virtual device:
$ kernel/tests/tools/run_test_only.sh -t selftests -s <serial_number>
Before the tests, you can use the following command to launch a virtual device:
$ kernel/tests/tools/launch_cvd.sh
After the tests, you can use the following command to remove the virtual device:
$ prebuilts/asuite/acloud/linux-x86/acloud delete
The following are command examples:
* Build kernel and launch a virtual device from a specific platform build:
$ kernel/tests/tools/launch_cvd.sh -pb \
ab://aosp-main/aosp_cf_x86_64_phone-trunk_staging-userdebug/12505199
* Run a specific test:
$ kernel/tests/tools/run_test_only.sh \
-t 'selftests kselftest_net_socket' -s <serial_number>
* Check other available options:
$ kernel/tests/tools/launch_cvd.sh -h
$ kernel/tests/tools/run_test_only.sh -h
