Brendan Szymanski cce8dc57df Add missing mediatek gralloc4 init .rc file ... The gbm_mesa cherry-pick series added a mediatek gralloc@4.0 service definition but the corresponding init .rc file was missing from the aosp/android-16.0_r3 branch. Create it from the msm template.
