ppc: do not pass redundant compiler flags
The -mpowerpc64 and -mpowerpc-gfxopt flags are implicitly set by -mcpu as needed. Passing them explicitly is redundant and can conflict with user-supplied flags. Signed-off-by: Mans Rullgard <mans@mansr.com>
