Audit and fix accessibility across all views.

Scope:

Ensure all interactive elements have accessible labels and roles
Verify keyboard navigation works everywhere (Tab, Enter, Arrow keys)
Screen reader support (Orca): proper focus order, meaningful descriptions
Image alt text for posters and backdrops
Color contrast compliance
Test with Orca screen reader on GNOME

Done when:

Orca can read all content on every view
Full keyboard navigation works without a mouse
No contrast violations on common views
